GameDay Fees – Payment by Installments Overview

GameDay offers a flexible payment by instalments option, allowing members to spread the cost of their fees over several payments. This guide outlines the steps for participants to pay for orders using the instalments option during checkout on GameDay registration forms.

Please note:

• All instalment schedules are broken down in two-week intervals, beginning at the time of registration
• Once an instalment plan is active, members will be automatically charged on the scheduled dates
• Instalment breakdown is calculated by the total order amount, comprising all selected products and members included in the registration

Step-by-Step

Step 1: Select your member profile

First, select which member you are registering, then click NEXT

Step 2: Select your products

Select the desired Membership Product and click NEXT

If the form offers Shop Products, you can add them to your cart on the next page. This may include selection of another attribute (such as Size or Colour) and a quantity selector

Step 3: Choose to pay by instalments

To pay for your order in instalment payments, choose the PAY IN INSTALMENTS option when you are selecting your payment method

Step 4: Review and pay

The schedule for your instalment payments will be displayed, including:

• The amount payable today
• The amounts payable on each instalment in the future
• The date of each future instalment payment
• The total payable after today’s payment

Please note, the above schedule is designed for testing purposes only. Instalment schedules are always broken down in two-week intervals

Then, select or enter your payment details and click PAY NOW

Women’s Baseball at Wests for 2026/27

Rookieball Training Starts 2 September! ⚾

Our Under 10 Rookieball players are getting ready to return to the diamond, with training commencing Wednesday 2 September.

Sessions will run from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, or until dark, as we get the team ready for the season ahead.

Buddy League & Tee Ball Starts 14 October! ⚾

Our Buddy League and Tee Ball programs are back for another season, with sessions commencing Wednesday 14 October from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

A great introduction to baseball for our youngest players, with plenty of fun, skill development and time on the diamond.

Junior Baseball Tryouts

Wests Baseball is holding Little League, Intermediate League and Junior League tryouts for the 2026/27 season, open to young players aged 9 to 15 years.

Come along, show us your skills and get ready for another great season of junior baseball with the Bulldogs.

Tryouts will be held Saturday 15 August, from 9:00am to 11:00am. For more information, contact play@westsbaseball.com.au.

Division 3–6 Pre-Season Training

Pre-season training is kicking off for Division 3, 4, 5 and 6, as the Wests Bulldogs prepare for the 2026/27 season.

Players interested in joining Wests across any of these divisions are invited to come along, meet the squad and start building towards the season ahead.

Training begins Wednesday 12 August from 6:30pm at 59 Westcombe Street, Darra.

Division 1 & 2 Pre-Season Training

Pre-season is underway for the Wests Bulldogs, with Division 1 and Division 2 players invited to begin preparations for the 2026/27 season.

Any players interested in playing Div 1 or Div 2 with Wests this season are welcome to attend training. Come down, meet the squad and get some valuable work in ahead of the new season.

Training begins Tuesday 28 July from 6:00pm at 59 Westcombe Street, Darra. Players are asked to attend in uniform pants.

Registrations are officially open for the Wests Bulldogs 2026/27 baseball season. Whether you’re returning for another year or looking to join the Bulldogs for the first time, now is the time to get ready for the season ahead.
