Registrations for Western Districts Baseball Club

To register with Western Districts Baseball Club please use the Game Day Registration link below and follow the prompts to register your player.

If you have previously played at another Club and wish to join Wests, you will need to apply for a transfer from your previous club.

PLAYER INSURANCE

Baseball Australia are pleased to confirm the appointment of Gallagher Insurance to act as our insurance brokers, consultants and advisors.

Gallagher Australia has been providing specialist insurance and risk management solutions to the sporting and leisure industry across Australia for over 30 years. This long standing relationship has enabled Gallagher to develop insurance risk mitigation programs that identify and address exposures specific to sport with sporting associations at both grassroots and the elite level.

2024/2025 Fees

Western Districts Baseball Club Inc. is a not-for-profit Club and as such, all funds are spent on getting players onto the field, meeting Club expenses and maintaining and growing Club facilities.

New registrations please contact Club Treasurer before registering – the $100 late payment fee does not apply to new registrations

# Indicates a Full Season Membership and renders the member eligible to play in any competition within the membership year 1 Sept 2024 – 31 Aug 2025
(pending payment of any club/region/competition fees payable). Please Note: Capitation Fees listed do NOT include Club/Region fees, uniform fees or
tournament entry fees. Please enquire with your Club, Region or team to ascertain their fees and charges applicable in addition to these capitation fees.

#*Masters registration only entitles the purchaser to participate within Masters competitions only. This includes the GBL Masters Divisions 1, 2, 3 and GCBA
Masters competition – this does not cover the purchaser for Adult Seniors competitions, events or tournaments.

Tournament Membership
A membership category covering events where participants may only play one weekend/event per purchase. Examples include the following events:
• Masters & Regional tournaments
• University Games

Masters born before the year 1973 are exempt from paying additional fees to compete in the Senior competition. Female Masters players are exempt from
paying additional fees to compete in the GBL Women’s Competition.

Entry Level Membership
The recommended retail price for T-Ball and Little League Minors is $200 per participant. Clubs that sell these memberships at this price (or less) will have
access to a free participant pack for distribution to those registered under these membership types.

All Memberships – Insurance
All membership categories are covered by the BA National Insurance Policy, included within the capitation price outlined. Memberships featuring # are covered
for the full duration of the membership year (01/09-31/08). Other memberships are covered for the duration of the specific event or competition.

Little League
• The price of the Little League membership category is inclusive of the Little League International Levy.
• All members of a charter (including minors) must be registered for a charter to be eligible for progression through the Little League competition framework.
