Wests run a six (6) week Development program each year in June/July/August for all of our junior players who wish to participate.
The group learns baseball theory in the clubrooms and practice on the field and in the batting cage over the six week program including modern video showing current baseball mechanics, baseball strategies and mental awareness in baseball.
The Wests Academy is a great way to improve your baseball knowledge and put the new knowledge into practice in a stress free, off season program.
The Academy is timed to lead into the new summer baseball season where newly acquired skills and knowledge helps players improve their performances and enjoyment of our great game of baseball.
