Notice is given for the Club’s Annual General Meeting to be held Friday 8 May 2026 in the clubrooms commencing at 6.30pm

Subject to the Act, the following business must be conducted at each annual general meeting of the association:
a. presentation of a written report of the association’s operations throughout the year;
b. receiving and adopting the association’s financial statement, and audit report, for the last reportable financial year;
c. electing management committee members;
d. appointing an auditor or an accountant for the present financial year;
e. in accordance with clause 7.6, disclosure of the nature and extent of material personal interests of management committee members, if applicable;
f. presentation of the details of any remuneration paid or other benefits given for the financial year to management committee members and any of their relatives; and to senior employees of the association and any of their relatives, as prescribed by the Act.
