CLUB FORUM AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – FRIDAY 10 MAY 2024

The Club will be holding the following two events on the same night

KIDS ARE INVITED – we will have some fun activities for the kids to do in the Batting Cage while their parent/s are upstairs joining in the Club Forum and AGM

1. Club Forum – all members are invited to attend to participate in a club forum to discuss where the club needs to improve to achieve better results on the field next season

     • Training infrastructure
     • Other
2. Annual General Meeting
   • Receive Annual Report
   • Receive Annual Financial Statement 2022/2023
   • Presentation of the details of any remuneration paid or other benefits given for the financial year to management committee members and any of their relatives; and to senior employees of the association and any of their relatives, as prescribed by the Act.
   • Appoint an auditor/accountant
   • Election of Office Bearers

     • Vice President – Club Operations

Quorum for, and adjournment of, general meeting
8.3.1. The quorum for any general meeting is at least the number of members equal to the number of members on the management committee at the close of the association’s last general meeting plus one.
8.3.2. No business may be conducted at a general meeting unless there is a quorum of members.
